Size: 7.5-8.3mm
Basic colour: Green and coppery to almost black.
Pattern colour: Uniform.
Pronotoum: Narrower and flatter than elytra.
Leg colour: Dark brown
Confusion species: Agonum muelleri

Biology

Status: Found only in Scotland on river Clyde below Glasgow but not since 1914.
RDB Category: Critically endangered
Habitat: Riperian.
Other notes: Elytral microsculpture almost regularly isodiametric.
